The New Airfix Logo

For 2009 Airfix has launched a new logo. The new Airfix logo gives the brand a modern feel, whilst keeping the traditional round shape with the red and black colours.

The new logo will first be seen on the 2009 Airfix Catalogue as well as the Airfix website and other promotional material.

New Packaging

The Airfix brand will also be introducing a new style of packaging for both Classic kits and Gift Sets. The first kits that will be launched with the new packaging style will be seen in April 2009. More coming soon!!!

The 2009 Airfix Club

This year the new and exclusive Airfix Club kit will consist of three 1:72 scale Fleet Air Arm kits, the Swordfish MkIIc, the Wildcat MkVI, with the third being the Seafire MkIIc. The Seafire MkIIc has never been released by Airfix and is only available via the Limited Edition Airfix Club kit

The 2009 Release Program

The Airfix Team are again pleased to announce another fantastic range for 2009. Below you’ll find the planned subjects coming into Airfix’s range for the entire year. Availability dates will be added to our website from January. Our stockists will be informed of when they will be receiving stocks of these brilliant new additions in the New Year too, so you’ll be able to buy these easily from your favourite place.

The new catalogue will be available form the 2nd week of January 2009, and we hope you’ll be wanting to get one of these as soon as you can, either via the Airfix Club, your local retailer or through our website.
