Airfield Control Tower review

i got this kit yesterday through my flying hours and i was a little disappointed for a few reasons: one is that it doesn't contain any glass for the windows only the frames so you have to scratch build if you want it to be authentic. Now I don't know how things were in WWII, but generally a runway has two numbers, each 180 degrees from each other to show the direction of the wing. In this case, the number 23 is give for both runways. 23 means 230 degrees from magnetic north. I'd think that the other number should be 180 degrees from that or 5 for 50 degrees. also to do with the boards are they decals or card cut-outs? airfix please respond .

Classic

Good quality easy to build and well constructed kit. A classic for a reason will look great as part of the diorama I am building.

Humbrol Enamel paints for the kit's primary decal scheme.
