If your parcel is being delivered to a UK or European address, yes you can. Read more about how to track your parcel here.

Question: Can I order goods to a delivery address different to my home address?

Yes, you can set a separate delivery address when you checkout.

Question: I haven't received the goods I ordered yet. Where are they?

Question: I was out when my order was meant to be delivered, how do I rearrange delivery?

If you were out when our delivery partner attempted to deliver your parcel, they will leave an information card. The card will give you a telephone number for you to contact to arrange a convenient time for delivery.

The card will also give a website address where you can arrange for a convenient delivery time. If you experience further problems please call us on 01843 233512 or email our Customer Services Team.

Question: What is the delivery time within the UK?

Please allow 3-5 working days for UK delivery following the day you placed your order

Question: What is the delivery time to countries outside the UK?

Europe - 5-7 working days

Rest of World - 7-10 working days

Question: How do delivery charges apply to pre-orders?

Pre-order items will be despatched as soon as they come into stock and will therefore incur delivery charges where applicable. If you have different pre-order items in your basket, or a mixture of pre-order and in stock items these will each show a separate delivery charge.

Question: Can I order goods for delivery to a P.O Box or automated parcel locker?

Unfortunately we cannot deliver to a P.O Box or automated parcel locker
