Welcome to the brand new Airfix Forum!
The Airfix Forum has been designed to enable debate and discussion on all things in the world of plastic model construction. Primarily, the Forum should be used to discuss and seek advice on Airfix kits (past and present) but talk of all things relevant to kit building is encouraged.
Please take a couple of minutes to read the Forum Rules & Guidelines found down the right hand side of the page.
Posting on the Airfix Forum is incredibly easy but it does require an account to be registered with the website (which can be done here). Once you have created an account, you just need to specify a unique nickname and you’re ready to post.
There are a number of ways to post, whether using the ‘Add Topic’ button to create a new thread, ‘Reply’ button to quote a particular user’s post, or by simply scrolling to the bottom of a topic and typing in your contribution. Please remember to keep posts on-topic and any questions, problems or suggestions for the Forum can be made here (or by emailing me directly at forum@airfix.com).
You’ll also notice that there’s two ways to post images on the Airfix Forum. The first is by copying in the URL of the image itself (please note that this must end .jpg or another recognised image format). The second method is by simply browsing your computer and selecting the image.
All images must go through a manual approval process. During working hours (Mon-Fri, 9am – 5pm) this will be completed in a few minutes, however, during the evening and weekends this may take longer. I will always endeavour to approve images as soon as possible.
Lastly, you’ll notice there’s a ‘Report’ button attached to every post (when you’re logged in). Please use this button if you spot any post that doesn’t adhere to the Forum Rules and Guidelines. Reporting is completely anonymous and only I, as the Forum Administrator, will be able to see who you have reported, although, I will never share this information.
I do hope you choose to visit the Forum regularly and join this new community!

About time to do some Topic Pruning, I think, Admin - some of the threads haven't seen any activity for over 6 months, and I doubt that anyone is paging through the Kitstarter wishlists to the very end anymore ... :)
Remember, regular trimming encourages fresh growth!

Hi. I've just joined the forum. How long has the forum been open? I noticed that there are no dates showing when postings were made. Could the dating of postings be added?

The date and time of posting is in italics at the bottom of each post, is on mine anyway.

Broken since the Anniversary upgrade, I think.
I see only "Posted at NaN:NaN:NaN undefined, NaN undefined NaN".
Someone over on the Airfix forum says it works on Edge and Chrome.
Probably a minor fix needed.

Well, I can confirm tha Edge works.
No more NaN.

And I can confirm it's just fine on Chrome, too.

Hello Adam, I see the numbering of pages seem a bit strange? I thought page numbering works from newest or latest posts on page 1, older ones on later pages. However on some threads, this seems reversed, old posts on page 1, newer posts on later pages. I think that's why I couldn't seem to find some of my recent posts?

Another issue I seem to be having, cannot change details in my community forum account? I wanted to update my bio and try to add an image pic, but it won't save any change I make?
