Still no update generally or even an acknowledgement on this thread.

Airfix really need to go back to school when it comes to not only communication but engaging with their loyal customers.

No, unless you are a active member you can't access the relevant page. Already registered my interest, but would take with a very small pinch of salt any idea that they would listen to customers suggestions with how they have treated the club and its "perks" over the last few years.

Would like to know what is going on with the club revamp/launch? \my sub expired and didn't download the latest magazine and would not let me  renew in order to access the area. Vague promises via the fb page don't really wash it.

Please advise when it will be up once again.

I have my own domain, why would I need another email provider????????

For the attention of the administrator in the hope he can have a word with whichever techie looks after the email side of things at Airfix.

I stopped receiving email newsletters/updates etc. from Airfix back in July 2015. Ultimatley the issue after lots of investigating was Virgin Media implementing SPF verification on their email system. However for people that have their own domains and forwarded all emails onto their virgin media/blueyonder accounts it bounced the emails. After finally getting Virgin to whitelist me the emails from various sources started to re-appear in the inbox. However Airfix ones did not and when speaking to anyone at Airfix they just say sign up again which I have done several times since then and still not received anything. The address I should be receiving news/updates etc. is in my profile. If someone could get to the bottom of it I would appreciate it, thanks.

Becasue its a total waste of money now. Not sure why I renewed last year after the fiasco with running out of the club kit the year previous to that (which I then had to pay through the nose via ebay to obtain). No club kits, no exclusives, essentially useless £20 voucher, still no club mag up on website. The list goes on and on.

Still mot on website doe download only members. They really are taking the mick with club members.
